Privacy policy

This website is run by BLITE Women's Fitness, #110/190, 2nd Floor, Dr. Besant Road, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014. For any privacy question, email blitefitnessclub@gmail.com.

When you fill in a form on this site (free trial, contact, careers or the BMI calculator) we ask for details such as your name, mobile number, the program or role you're interested in, and optionally your email, height and weight.

We only use these details to reply to you, arrange your trial or class, and — if you join — to look after your membership.

Our forms open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

If enabled, a copy of the form is also emailed to us through a form service (Formspree or Web3Forms), which processes it only to deliver it to our inbox.

The BMI calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your height and weight are not stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp.

If enabled, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages are useful and how well our ads work. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited and device type. You can block them using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

Embedded Google Maps and YouTube videos may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

We never sell your details. We only share them with the services above, and where required by law.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing blitefitnessclub@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
